Daedric Artifacts
There are a total of 19 Daedric Artifacts in Skyrim. Without cheats, 17 can be obtained in one playthrough of the game.
Weapons

Dawnbreaker
One-Handed sword acquired by completing the quest "The Break of Dawn." This quest is started by finding and picking up Meridia's Beacon out of random chest loot.

Ebony Blade
Two-Handed sword acquired by completing the quest "The Whispering Door." This quest is started by speaking to Jarl Balgruuf after completing the quest, "Dragon Rising" while being at least level 20.

Mace of Molag Bal
One-Handed mace acquired by completing the quest "The House of Horrors." This quest is started by speaking to Tyranus, a Vigilant of Stendarr, in Markarth. He will normally be standing outside an abandoned house.

Rueful Axe
Two-Handed battleaxe acquired by killing Barbas during the quest "A Daedra's Best Friend." This quest is started by going into Falkreath and speaking to a guard or Lod, the blacksmith, after reaching level 10. Only this OR the Masque of Clavicus Vile may be obtained in one playthrough without cheats.

Mehrunes' Razor
Dagger acquired by completing the quest "Pieces of the Past." this quest is started by speaking to Silus Vesulius after receiving a museum invitation from him. The invitation is given to the player by a courier once they reach level 20.

Sanguine Rose
Staff acquired by completing the quest "A Night to Remember." This quest is started by speaking to Sam Guevenne in any random tavern once reaching level 14.

Skull of Corruption
Staff acquired by choosing to kill Erandur in the quest "Waking Nightmare." This quest is started by speaking to Erandur in the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar.

Volendrung
Two-Handed Warhammer acquired by completing the quest "The Cursed Tribe." This quest is started by visiting the Orcish stronghold, Largashbur, and gaining the Orcs' trust.

Wabbajack
Staff acquired by completing the quest "The Mind of Madness." This quest is started by speaking to the beggar, Dervenin, in Solitude

Ebony Mail
Heavy Armor acquired by completing the quest "Boethiah's Calling." This quest is started by picking up the book, "Boethiah's Proving," after reaching level 30.

Ring of Hircine
Ring acquired by helping Sinding kill the hunters in the quest "Ill Met by Moonlight." This quest is started by speaking to Sinding in the Falkreath Jail. Normally, this OR Savior's Hide can be obtained from this quest. However, by going back into Bloated Man's Grotto and killing Sinding after receiving the ring, the player can then come outside and obtain hide as well, resulting in both artifacts being obtained.

Ring of Namira
Ring acquired by killing Brother Verulus in the quest "The Taste of Death." This quest is started by speaking to Brother Verulus in Markarth outside the Hall of the Dead.

Savior's Hide
Light Armor cuirass acquired by killing Sinding in the quest "Ill Met by Moonlight." This quest is started by speaking to Sinding in the Falkreath Jail. Normally, this OR the Ring of Hircine can be obtained from this quest. However, by going back into Bloated Man's Grotto and killing Sinding after receiving the ring, the player can then come outside and obtain the hide as well, resulting in both artifacts being obtained.

Spellbreaker
Shield acquired by completing the quest "The Only Cure." This quest is started by speaking to one of the Afflicted Refugees, who may be randomly encountered after reaching level 10, or by speaking to Kesh at the Shrine to Perylite after reaching level 10.

Masque of Clavicus Vile
Heavy Armor mask acquired by choosing to not kill Barbas in the quest "A Deadra's Best Friend." This quest is started by going into Falkreath and speaking to a guard or Lod, the blacksmith, after reaching level 10. Only this OR the Rueful Axe may be obtained in one playthrough without cheats.

Reuseable soul gem acquired by bringing the Broken Azura's Star to Aranea in the quest "The Black Star." This quest is started by visiting the Shrine of Azura and speaking to Aranea after reaching level 8. Only this OR the Black Star may be obtained in one playthrough without cheats.

Reuseable soul gem acquired by bringing the Broken Azura's Star to Nelacar in the quest "The Black Star." This quest is started by visiting the Shrine of Azura and speaking to Aranea after reaching level 8. Only this OR Azura's Star may be obtained in one playthrough without cheats.

Oghma Infinium
Book acquired after completing the quest "Discerning the Transmundane." This quest is started by speaking to Septimus Signus in Septimus Signus's Outpost after reaching level 15

Skeleton Key
Unbreakable lockpick acquired during the quest "Blindsighted." This quest is the tenth main Thieves Guild quest. The Skeleton Key is given up during the elevnth main Thieves Guild quest, so in order to keep the key, the Thieves Guild quest line can never be finished.
